About UsHi, my name is Gavin Barr and I set up My Tax Refund in April 2008. We are registered Tax Agents with the IRD and I am a Professional Accountant. We have set up our business based on a core team of knowledgeable professionals, as we believe this gives you - our customers access to a better level of knowledge and overall service. We have therefore used direct marketing with one core team of processors overseen by myself to process your refund claims, allowing us to keep our costs down and therefore offering you one of the cheapest refund experiences around with our maximum fee cap per year being the lowest in the country. This allows us to offer a quicker overall processing experience - with you receiving your money in your account faster! We are looking at better ways of serving you in the future as and when the IRD allows us and very much appreciate any comments you may have regarding our service or further services you would like. We also operate a property rental account division at www.rentalaccounts.co.nz which is home of fixed price fully compliant rental property accounts including associated tax returns.
